A beer of the Keller Pils type, it appears veiled by a pale yellow color and has a fine compact white head.
Herbaceous notes open the scent, followed by sensations of grains and honey. Delicate scents of cereals and honey create the taste which then gives way to a delicate but persistent bitterness.

A clear golden beer, no head. Aroma of pale malt, wet straw, some cereals. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, cereals, moderate bitterness, easy to drink.

Trockener, angenehm getreidiger Beginn. Leichte Süße, etwas bitter, wenig würzig. Hohe Süffigkeit, kurzer Abgang, ok. 9/8/8/8/9/8

Canned 330ml. -at The Hop Store Pub Trieste, shared with hrabren. Unclear pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, grainy nose. Sweetish malty, grainy, floral and light yeasty with bitterish finish.

0.33 l can shared with Ogi at the Hop Store Pub, Trieste. Clear golden, small off-white head. Light floral notes, grainy. Just a vague yeasty touch. Soft carbonation. Grainy and herbal flavour. Slightly harsh. Dry finish. Bitterness.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo paglierino velato, al naso intenso lieviti luppoli camomilla miele note erbacee, in bocca malto cereali limone, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Bella aromatica e fruttata ma poco raffinata. c. Cantina della birra 17.04.21

Can by the pool at Masseria Susafa, Sicily, 2nd August 2020. Pours clear. Aroma is straw and hay. Taste is clean and bitter, light floral and fresh grass. Refreshing and good for this 35 degrees heat.
