I Pils.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic blonde, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak, herbal. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter, with some initial sweetness. Final has some more bitterness.

Bottle. Bright golden color, almost clear, big stable persistent white head. Aroma is hoppy, lots of grassy hops with citrus notes. Thick solid pils malt profile. Taste is quite bitter yet smooth and savory, almost juicy. Body is structured, bold, dense thick texture. Finish is long, hoppy, partly dry partly smooth, flavored with hops resin, fresh. Not boozy despite its abv. Very good.
