bottle from aldi in Bristol and drunk in Nelson. clear gold colour lasting white head. Lager yeast aroma. It's fine. a little tasteless. some lemon flavour, a little bitter ness on the finish. I mean it's fine. Happily drink this with some crisps waiting for my chicken thighs to cook. Some carbonic acid bite on the finish .

500ml bottle. Crystal clear dark gold with light white head. Quite a malty cereal and toasted grain aroma with very light fusty hop. Taste is malty as per aroma with some modest corn syrup, grass and black pepper. Some bitterness and moderate crisp finish. One of those lagers that isn't terrible but is so middling its instantly forgettable.

Bottle from Aldi in Aberdeenshire somewhere. It pours clear yellow - gold with a small fluffy white head. The aroma is fairly sweet, biscuit, doughy white bread, candy malts, toasty grain, cereal and some nuttiness. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet character, grassy, toasty grain, biscuit, touch of spice, green veg/cabbage vibes and cheap white bread with a toasty grain finish. Average body and carbonation. Drinkable enough for what it is. I've certainly had a lot worse.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Aldi DJ. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, white topping. Light-medium sweet with simple white bread, some cabbage, mellow hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, some pale biscuits, minimal bitterness. Drinkable, easygoing beer.

Bottle from local Aldi. There’s grains and a slight sweetness in the aroma of this one. It pours a pale straw colour with a good but transient white head. In the mouth it is sweet malt overlaid with lemongrass, hay and some caramel. A creamy texture with low carbonation. A bland macro beer, but ok for swigging !

500ml bottle from a local Aldi store; BB Oct 2021. Drank at home on 31st Jul 2020. Bog standard lager, cheap and cheerful. Pours clean and clear gold, snow white head (doesn't last very long though). A true 'Lawn Mower' beer.

Bottle from Aldi Supermarket, Milnrow. Golden with a fast diminishing head. Has quite soft water, giving it a fairly nice mouthfeel and subdued maltiness.
