La Jamonera is our highly fermented Amber Ale style beer. Toasted and reddish in color it is perfect to accompany a good ham sandwich. Made with roasted and caramelized malts that give it its characteristic fruit aromas.

It is a classical amber, I was thinking a little smocked due to the spanish ham but it was not the case, 23.10.17, Cerro del Aguila, purchased at the Alcampo.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is sweetish toasted malt with notes of ripe fruits, touch of strawberries, some caramel and bread. Sweetish flavour with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Drinkable malty and softly fruity Amber, fairly dull. Got worse as it warmed up.

2/3rd's from the tap at Fogg Bar Birras & Cheese in Madrid. Pours red / brown with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of dried fruit, caramel & biscuit malt. Moderate body. Light bitter finish. Enjoyable

Bottle from Beer52. Clear amber with small off-white top. Bready malt aroma, some caramel - not much apart from that. Taste of semi-sweet malts, light toast, berry fruit syrup, grains - actually not too bad. Crisp carbonation with a moderate bitterness. Its ok.

33cl bottle - Pours a clear amber colour with an average sized foamy off-white head. Aroma is malty with some light caramel and fruity notes. A sweetish taste light on bitterness, sweet malts, caramel and bready flavours and a hint of hops.

--Bottled, thanks Bearbeer! --Clear amber, mid sized head. Vegetable nose with some grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and syrupy. Some grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

33cl bottle at Sleep'n Atocha, Madrid, Spain. Pours amber (can't say much else, as I have a non-transparent cup), with cream color foam. Aroma is malty and biscuity. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, with moderate bitterness. Final is average.
