Malts: Pale, Munich, Rye, Crystal, Chocolate
Hops: Centennial, Golding
Notes: Another take on a classic cask ale. Lots of fruit and malt notes. Smooth drinking with a bit of hop bitterness and a sneaky little kick.

Weekly cask offering at Tree Brewing Institute. The aroma is funky cheese and malt, has okay foam on a muddy light brown body. Flavour is vague chewy malts and soft cereal. Mouthfeel is full but a little cloying. This is an extraordinarily unmemorable ESB, it seems correct but is ever so mediocrely executed.
