Vaalean kullankeltainen olut pienehköllä valkoisella vaahdolla. Tuoksu aika perinteisen lagermainen, viljainen ja maltainen. Hyvin simppeli.

Some raw grain at least here. Drinkable for what it is and would be a great beach beer in Hawaii. Bottle.

355ml bottle from Marks & Spencer, Camberley. A pale amber pour with no head and light carbonation; cereal grain aroma with some alcohol; lively in the mouth with some honey sweetness, and a slight grassy prickle; then a rather unpleasant corn syrup finish with more alcohol. Not good.

Clear, golden colored, small non lasting white head. Aroma of some malt, bit grain, bit honey, some grass. Taste is medium sweet malt, grain, honey, bit apple and some corn, grassy light bitterness. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation, watery. Booring...

Bottle at the beach. Straight from the bottle. Sweet malty, grainy lager with typical bitter pils hops (a bit like raw beans) and slightly creamy under medium body. Hint of vanilla and very nice soft feel. Average carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Longboard Island Lager on 21 Nov 2017 at 22:07 - Score: 6. Original review text: 2.9

Old ass 12 oz. single dated best by 1/27/16 into a pilsner. A: Poured a half inch of white head, falling ti a film. Crystal clear, yellow and bubbly. A little lacing. S: Sweet bready dough smell with the slightest hint of pepper or grass. T: Crackery malt flavor with a lingering bit of sweetness. Dry mild bitterness to balance. M: Light but not really watery body with nice carbonation level. Medium length bittersweet taste on the finish. O: Not bad but nothing sticks out as outstanding. A fresh bottle deserves a shot. Priced alongside much better options so not a repeat purchase.
