750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse funk, musty apple skins, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is really funky, with loads of champagne-like effervescence, barnyard funk, and musty apple skins. Essentially bone dry, wonderfully funky, with carbonation almost mirroring a champagne. Wonderful stuff.

Stormy light clear gold body and minimal foam. Floral green apple on the nose, leeks maybe, subtle tangerine and dragonfruit, lychee rounding it out. Flavour is slightly bitter with sweet dolmade notes, fresh vinegar, lemongrass. Full mouthfeel, a bit boozy. A fun one, good mix of flavours.
