Our famous winter ale is a robust porter spiced delicately with cinnamon, vanilla, and oak. The Winter Ale is brewed with a variety of specialty malts, with an emphasis on chocolate and roasted malts. Hopped lightly with Willamette and fermented with our house yeast strain.

The aroma is all sweet barley note, has good dark beige foam on a blackish brown body. Flavour is soft sweet barley with a hint of cinnamon. Mouthfeel is full and dry. Simple but drinkable.
