We fermented this Belgian-style abbey ale with a traditional yeast strain that produces an array of spicy and fruity aromas. Look for apricot and black pepper on the nose, with sweet malt and candied orange peel on the finish.

Hazy, with a thick head. This has a light malt accent on the nose. There's a touch of plastic, but it's also got a bit of sweetness. Okay tripel.

Smells of soft smoke grain and nail polish remover, has good foam on a cloudy gold body. Flavour is good pepper and wheat dough, alcohol is well hidden, hints of coriander. Mouthfeel is full and refreshing and not boozy. This is very nice, well crafted.
