This light, refreshing Pale Ale has a base of pilsner and caramel malts, hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo Hops. Beautiful.

On tap at Strathcona, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma bursts with bright tropical fruity hops, crisp pine and biscuity malt. Flavour follows exactly as expected and hoped for, with bright piney hops, tropical character from the nice Mosaic, and crisp biscuity malt. Very dry, yet crisp and punchy in the hop department. Really good pale.

Deep blond colour, clean. Biscuity malt base, robust, a bit husky, with light residual sweetness; the mouthfeel is round, maybe a bit more crispness would work well; strong hopping, decent hop character, some dankness, some piney resins, also a bit vegetable.
Good.
