Bottle 215 of 1000. Pours with huge foam and a cloudy orange body, though gushing at first. Big yeast and coriander on the nose, very nice. Flavour is more yeast, intense hay funk, soft citrus notes, more coriander. Fun and balanced, good aftertaste. This is well done, very nice to drink.

Bottle from Jak's, New Westminster
Hazy golden colour with compact head. Woody smell and flavour, a bit earthy and stale, bit of Brett maybe.
Ok beer, but rough.

Botella no. 243. Cloudy, light tan. Fairly thin head. There's some light phenols on the aroma, with a hint of brett as well, maybe a hint of barrel...not sure about that, but it has a decent nose. This has a fairly bretty note, sweet oranges, and leaning towards a dry finish. Solid. Nice saison, really.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals wild yeast upfront, with pithy stone fruits, and a touch of oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, a touch of wild notes, followed by pithy stone fruits, and oak. Wild, rustic yeast on the finish, with an assertive champagne combination. Very good.
