Our Bonito blonde ale is inspired by our perma-sunny days. This brew draws you in with its golden color and soft malt character, while the light mouthfeel and dry finish keeps you coming back. And what would set a San Diego blonde apart? A subtle hint of hops, naturally.

Aroma sitrus, malt, humle. Utseende klar gylden med hvitt skum. Smak sitrus, eple, malt, humle. En annerledes blond som minne mer om blanding av pils og pale ale. Lett bitter og fruktig. Flaske kjøpt på Extra Setermoen Smakt Juni 2018

355 ml can, from Helgø Meny Stadionparken. ABV is 4.5%. Pale golden colour, small white head. Sweetish and fruity aroma. The flavour is refreshing, slightly sweet, with hints of fruity and spicy hops. Okay, but really not much to write home about.

[12oz bottle from Albertsons, Fullerton, CA] A slightly hazy pale amber pour with a tight cream head; yeasty aroma; light grainy body with some banana yeast flavours; and a dry citrusy finish. A light and ineffectual blonde (the sort I'd like to meet).

Bottle from wegman's chitauqua. Looks somewhat like hazy lighter hefe beer. Smell is a little aged & metallic perhaps. Now I see why, bottled on 2/2018. Good co2. Surprisingly has a very slight tart backwash on each slug. Yes, taste is a little aged, somewhat like an old can of cheap lager. Not impressed for a blonde ale, needs a few more manners to get above average for this style, but hey, its aged!

Clear straw-gold color with a medium white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of fruity yeast, mild floral hops and malt. The finish is fruity with a mildly bitter hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Lys brun farge med hvitt skum som raskt forsvinner. Lukter av malt og en anelse sitrus. Noe sødme i smak. Lett og noe vannete.

18.08.2018, 12 oz bottle @ home:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet floral, wet hay, flowers, grass, wet grain, minerals, paper, caramel, sap. Taste is sweet sour-ish grainy, weeds, wet hay, wet grain, minerals, sour grass, caramel, paper, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh grainy mouthfeel. Boring.
