500 ml bottle, as Aspall Crisp Draught Suffolk Cyder. ABV is 5.5%. Crystal clear very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a very short-lived head. Fresh and pleasant aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and and sulphur. Crisp and dry flavour, cider apples of course, again notes of oak and sulphur, but not too much. Nice one.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pale gold with moderate carbonation. Sweet upfront in both aroma and flavour, with a hint of spice and lingering, dryish finish. Ok.

Bottled@Olutkellari Helsinki. Pale golden colour, not much head. Aroma is apples, some wood and whitewine like notes. Flavour is dry wood, quite much apples and also some sour and tart notes. Also some mild vanillaish notes. Pleasant apply and dry flavour.

Bottled. A light yellow cider with a fast disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by apples. The flavor is nicely acidic which makes it dry and with good notes of apples, and with woody notes joining in in the dry finish.

Bottle picked up at Sainsbury’s Kidlington 13-08-06. Poured very pale almost white in colour, smell was appley but a bit metallic, taste was sweet commercial and whilst refreshing a tad disappointing wouldn’t rush out to buy this again in a hurry.
