An initial musty Pinot Grigio & Stone fruit like aroma are followed by raspberry, and grapefruit aromas. These tart citrus flavours derive from the Enigma & Ella hops which bring a balanced acidity. Bitterness supports the light to medium body and it finishes fairly dry with a hint of aromatic citrus from the coriander seeds.

Kind of an ugly colour, loose head, smells tart but wonky tart. Tastes tart with a lot of floral hops. Not the best balance.

The aroma is rotting fruit skin funk, has great foam on a heavily carbonated orange-gold body. Flavour is sour fruit funk, though also bright and tasty. Crisp carbonation on the mouth, a good wildish sour.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart red berries, lacto, and some dankness. Flavour is quite hop-forward, with lots of dry hops, tart red berries, and some citrus tang. Not much of a saison, but it's a nice experimental beer.
