Had this so many times I forgot to rate. The first I remember distinctly was at dba in the East Village circa 2000 with, alex, alex, Tim Dave etc. Tasted like a razor blade of hops. 15 years later it’s a juicy well balanced ipa out of a bottle.

A 330 ml bottle from M & S at Gatwick. I'd forgotten just how good this beer is.. very nice with the 7.5 ABV well hidden.

A typical west coast american IPA. Front loaded with a WHACK of hops, wicked grapefruit, citrus, and piney aromas. A crap ton of hops in the flavour, a nice bitterness to finish. Nothing out of this world, but still very good.

Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, fruity hops, tropical fruits, pine resin, grapefruit, touch of caramel and citrus. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Classic West Coast IPA, tons of fruity hops and pine resin, grapefruit and malt. Tasty!

355 ml can from Beer Republic advent calendar poured into a Tulip. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, tropical impressions, pines, and floral hoppy notes. The taste is bitter. Full body. Dry and bitter finish. Nice old school West Coast action.
