5oz pour at The Magnet. Pours clear dark ruby with small white head. Aroma is floral, deep berries, parfum. Flavour has thin dark berries, herbal notes, some wild yeast. Not bad, but fairly thin.

On tap at Ile Sauvage, pours a deep dark murky purple with a small purple head. Nose is very earthy, with lots lots of lavender, light floral notes, and subdued rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very floral, with lots of lavender, earthy saison yeast, and a touch of residual sweetness. Earthy, floral, and somewhat spicy finish. Too much of the adjuncts for me and not enough other stuff for me. Okay.

Can. This has a blueish-purple colour. This is a very unique colour, but unfortunately it's probably the ugliest butterfly pea flower beer I've seen. Still giving it a 3 for appearance because it's unique. A bit opaque, and no head. The aroma has a lot of yeasty phenols and quite a bit of lavender. The saison base is prominent, lots of phenols, dry herbal hops, cinnamon, and finishes with a bit of lavender. It's an odd one. Nothing off or wrong but just different.

The aroma is soft lavender, comes across like hand soap. Cute milky purple body, unique, with soft white foam on top. Flavour is spicy lavender, cinnamon, sweet but still balanced. Full mouthfeel. A nice experiment.
