We decided to brew a homage to the most delicious of hops. The plan was pretty straight forward: use a simple malt bill and let the Mosaic do the talking. The resulting beer is as the name implies; a kaleidoscopic journey through tropical flavours. Somehow, Mosaic finds a way to impart every delicious flavour you ask of hops, all on its own. Backed by a clean, light malt bill it's the beer equivalent of a fruit punch juice box.

Canned (from Ales By Mail). Goldeny amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some pine and citrus. Flavour is pine, tropical fruits, some biscuity and nice crisp maltiness to it. Smooth crisp malty and nicely fruity aftertaste with a nice bitter kick to it.

On tap at Beer Deluxe, Melbourne. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, some pine and light grass. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter.

500mL can, pours a clear copper golden with a medium beige head. Nose is very bright, full of tropical fruits, citrus hops, and some pine. Flavour is assertive, with bright piney hops, plenty of tropical fruits, citrus, and a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Citrusy, crisp, and bright. Just a top tier IPA from down under.

Shared can. Hazy golden with a lovely white head. Tropical fruit aroma, flavour is resinous with plenty of fruit and a lovely oily texture.

Hazy IPA, does NOT taste it's strength. Grassy, zesty hop and quite crisp. It's pretty decent.

Can: Poured a golden to copper with a two finger off white head. Aroma is strong mosaic hops. Taste is big mosaic hops fruity and continues all the way to the end.

50 cl. Can. Golden, cloudy with a large white head. Lots of hoppy aroma. Medium bitter with a good hop end.

500 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.0%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of pine, spruce and citrus, hints of tropical fruits. The slightly sweet flavour is citric and distinctly piney / resinous, with a bitter finish.
