Hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of citrus peel, lots of citrus, bitter, oranges, hoppy, artificial. Strange beer.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant, amber gold, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, but resulting rather fake, artificial. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is still bitter, exaggerated.

Bottle thanks to Gary & Mike. Appearance - golden and clear. Snow white head. Nose - sweet mandarin. biscuit and syrup from tinned fruit. Taste - sweet tinned mandarin and some resin bitterness. Palate - light to medium bodied, dry, bitter finish. Overall - good! But there shouldn't be a requirement to add orange to an IPA.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear glden with a small, white head. Pleasant, fruity nose, but not your standard hop aromas. Medium body, again fruity - slight melon and banana - and then a scorching bitterness. Presumably we have one of these producers who believe an IPA is made by adding a shitload of bitering hops. Please get in touch with the real world. 080221
