zapach lekko słodowy, sporo gorzkiego, trochę kurzu i alkoholu. kolor złoty, klarowny, piana biała, średnio obfita i raczej szybko znika. w smaku raczej wytrawne, lekko słodowe, ogonkowe, kurzowe i dość gorzkawe. goryczka wyraźna, kurzwo, jabłkowa, niezbyt wysoka. nasycenie średnie do wysokiego.

Bottle @ family bbq. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Aroma has a touch of sweetish grains. Taste lightly malts, slightly sweetish again, a hint of hay. Average body and carbonation. Ok beer.

o,33 boks fra kiosk på Lindos (Rhodos) mens vi ventet på bussen: lite aroma, forsvinnende lite (men metallisk) smak og ettersmak. Like kjedelig som å vente på bussen.

Typical Dortmunder, from Mönchengladbach. Snow white, delicate, creamy head only stable on the edge of the glass, colour bright golden blonde. Weak aroma of pale malt sweetness, cheese spread, straw, mineral water and white pepper. Light malty taste, restrained sweetness but otherwise neutral and mineral-like, faint peppery hop bitterness late in the finish. Refreshing but rather bland.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 08.10.14, at Berlin apartment, 20140420) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, sweetness and malts. Palate was mediium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, grass, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A too sweet brew with nice hop bite.
