Hazy orange pour, with a medium white head. Upfront orange Aroma, with some subtle earthy ginger, but the Ora he is way up front, and very floral. Nice body, but the carb is almost flat. The finish is very juicy, and quite sweet. The Orange flavour is very strong, and I’m thinking artificial. The ginger takes a back seat, and just adds some soft earthy sweetness. Well I’m glad this isn’t a ginger bomb like most beers with ginger. Not bad, not great though. Alcohol is well hidden, mouth feel gets quite heavy as it warms. No bitterness, long lingering sweetness and earthiness.

750ml thingjamajigger with a wax fold off top. Zero head, sweet soda pop ginger root beer aroma. Flavour is muddy caramel and forced ginger with a sweet cloying finish. This stuff just fails on all levels.

This wheat beer poured a cloudy amber colour with a minimal white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include grapefruit citrus, ginger and candy. First swig was kind of flat and a little watery. Flavours of ginger and light hops, a little candy. Finish is gingery with a light bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Black wax dipped swing top brown bottle with painted logo. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a nice creamy off-white head, long lasting with great lacing. Loads of fruits in the nose, from banana, to oranges and apples. The spices blend all of this. The taste is much milder, with still some ginger, oranges, caramel and hints of bananas. Some slight-warming spiciness lingers. Goes down really easily as alcohol well-hidden. Seems like smoothly blended citrus juices with the spices in the end. Wish the flavours were stronger.
