Tmavá varianta českého ležáku, která vznikla použitím čtyř druhů sladů a českých odrůd chmele. Kombinace speciálních barevných sladů dává pivu plnou karamelovou chuť se stopami pražené černé kávy a sušených švestek. Kulatá sladová chuť, decentní hořkost a sametová pěna Vás přímo vybídnou k dalšímu napití a k zakousnutí něčeho sladkého.

A dark option of Czech lager, created using four types of malt and Czech hop varieties. The combination of special colour malts gives the beer a full caramel flavour with traces of roasted black coffee and dried plums. Round malt flavour, decent bitterness, velvet foam absolutely invite you to take another sip and nibble something sweet.

Bottled. Clear mahogany colour. Aroma of molasses. Medium sweet. Grassy hops mixes with syrup. Light-medium body. Caramel is evident, but so is metal. Short, sharp bitterish finish. Only half-way there.

Bottle: Very dark amber coloured, mid-sized fluffy tanned head, slowly diminishing; aromas of sweet dark malt and roasted malt with a tinge of molasses; first comes a moderate sweetish flavour, that quickly switches over to a more drier and bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; the roastmalty or chocolatey bitterness is still present in the sweetbitter finish and in the slightly lingering bitter aftertaste. A pleasant and fairly well balanced Dunkel.............

Bottled. Dark, reddish brown with a tan head. Malt, pear and sweet malt in the aroma. The flavor is sweet and malty, with bread and fruit. Thin and watery body, with apples, malt and some hops in the finish. Too thin and boring, yet pleasant. (061013)

Bottled 0,5l. Ruby red color. A disappearing head. Sweet aroma, sweet malty flavor and sweet bitterness in the aftertaste. Re-rate 28 Aug 09: Probably the same beer labeled Primátor Premium Dark bought at Systembolaget in Kiruna, Sweden. Additional comments: Some caramel in the aroma. Notes of coffee & chocolate in the flavor. Old rating: 3 - 3 - 3 - 4 - 10

Bottled (on back: Primátor Pivo Tmavý lezák, on front: Primátor Velikonocní lezák). Dark rubyish amber colour, big beige head. Roasted malts, caramel and some diacetyl in aroma. Flavour starts caramelly and sugary sweet and then goes towards a maltyness and finally some hoppy bitterness. The sweetness gets to a point almost annoying after the beer gets warmer, so enjoy cold to avoid extra sweetness. While cold it’s quite wellbalanced in my opinion. Due to label it looks like an Easter Beer. Also flavour is Eastery. Rich carbonation.

Labelled as Primátor Pivo tmavý lezák, Velikonocni lezak, bottled (BB 02/2007)
This looks like an Easter special, different label than in RB - with Easter eggs. Dark ruby color, mostly vanishing tan head. Roasted, caramelly malty and diacetylic (more or less "good way") aroma. Starts caramelly and sweet but then more dry with roasted malty notes. In the finish bitterness, in the aftertaste even some hops. Unbalanced, sweetish, but still drinkable.
