Tap. Pale golden pour, no head. Vegetal aroma, straw, wet paper. No flavor, or finish. No hops, boring, non beer.

Keg halfpint at The Stag, Aberdeen. Pale golden colour, white head. Minimal "dusty" aroma. Dry flavour, some citrus, not much to write home about.

Can. Clear yellow/gold. Ordinary head that dissappears rather fast. Minimal aroma of hops. Taste is almost non-existent. Grainy, metallic, sweetish. Aftertaste nearly features some hoppy bitterness. Strong carbonation. Clean and watery. Triple filtered to eliminate all flavours. Super boring Euro Lager. But it’s pure bliss when served ice cold after 13 hours of driving.

Can at home. Pours clear yellow, smoother than most industrial lagers but still pretty tasteless.

Clear golden colour, correct white head; aroma and taste is dominated by maltyness with floral hops - much better than the stella brewed in Hungary

Ermmmmm. Can on a train. Not much else to say. But it’s like toned down Stella.

More for the marketing than any real difference from the regular Stella, maybe just a little weaker.

On tap @ The Toby Jug, Corstorphine, Edinburgh. Expected pale golden appearance with notes of pale malt and some citrus. The taste is very similar. The palate has a light to medium body and it’s clean and refreshing. I’ve said it before, but in a blind tasting of all of the mass produced lagers available in the UK, I’ve found Stella in its various forms to be a little fuller in body and therefore a little more satisfying.
