Had to try this one, in a black 750ml bottle, corked with what looks like real old-fashioned cork and none of that plastic stuff you see often these days. Pours gold with just a little head but that’s gone in seconds. Aroma is perfumy, complex, lots of apple and alcohol, slight nutty notes. Taste is extremely dry and strange, almost no sweetness, like sucking on an apple branch. Very dry and sour finish. Not what I was expecting and I was not pleasantly surprised.

Bottle that I picked up at Carrefour, Calais, Mar’ 09 consumed 29-05-09 Pours warm gold with a thin white head and med’ carbonation. Slightly boozy aroma with heavy apple and toffee apple. Good fruitiness, little crunchy bite, nicely ripe apples, good tang, its quite tasty. A7 A4 F7 P3 Ov14 3.5

Bottle at the Spotify tasting. Gold, lasting thin white head. Decent appley cider. Good fruit, good apple flesh. Really very drinkable.
