Deep dark amber with a rich light beige head. Toffee and dark raisins with molasses. Dark toffee, cocoa and some boozy notes

Dark copper pour with a beige head. Note of toffee, raisins, dried fruit, caramel, subtle bitterin hops in the finish. A really nicely made US-style barleywine.

Fascinating red-copper opaque beer with a huge cream-mango coloured head. Sweet nose with raisins, alcohol & fusels - "hot". Maybe even a bit "too hot". Liquorice, leather, jap , hot malts, sugars & fusels. Bit of scorched sugars too. Heated, burning MF, low carbonation, fusels/alcoholheat. Served a tad too warm, making it difficutly drinkable; classical Barley Wine USA-style.

Bottle at home . Pours deep amber, nose is caramel, meaty, pine, berries, taste is similar sweet, some almond.

Poured from bottle 77/600 thanks Chris DeMont burnt caramel with a tan head. Aroma is toffee caramel dark fruit toasted nut. Taste is smooth creamy toffee candied brown sugar toasted nuts raisin. Wow.

On tap at Barreled Souls, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out aggressive toffee and resinous hops, with a dark red fruitiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with toffee, brown sugar, dark fruits and resinous hops. Rich and complex, with all flavours integrated well. Not all that elegant, as the whole thing feels a bit messy, but it's definitely done well.

Bottle pours out copper amber topped with a sand head. Nose is floral perfume notes and some sweetness. Tatse is more of the nice sweet malts perfume floral and a nice pit fruit.
