12 oz. can purchased at Publix. Pours a hazy gold color with a white head and very good retention. Almost no lacing. Tropical juice aroma. As advertised, juicy orange flavor up front with a pineapple finish. I don't taste the lime. The wheat base beer is secondary. Crisp mouthfeel for a wheat ale. Medium body. Very refreshing and easily repeatable. Really good.

Deep and hazy copper, bronze and robust raw honey golden tinted body shows with a large, three to four centimetre tall rich off-white head. Aroma of wheat, pineapple, guava, mango, oranges, limes and a huge hit of fructose. Light-bodied; Strong, quite funky wheat, yeast and stale bread flavours show first with way more emphasis on the malts than the fruit, somehow, with some pineapple and light lime zest showing through on the finish, but deep and very acidic with a bitter finish. Aftertaste shows some grass, hay and very floral dryness with a big kick of artificial fruit flavours at the end and a rather deep and bitter malt/wheat/yeast bite that doesn't go away at all. Overall,Β a rather interesting beer that has a very nice look and smell, but unfortunately after that, the beer goes downhill, especially in terms of complexities. It looked so good from the outside, but the more I get into this, the worse it is...sadly, it's probably muchΒ better drinking this in Kailua-Kona even with the busy parking lot, as long as you don't have to wait fourteen days to go fetch it. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Harris Teeter in Arlington (Potomac Yard), Virginia on 09-June-2020 for US$1,87 sampled at my house here in Washington on 07-July-2020.Β

12 ounce can. Pale gold pour. Small creamy white head. Aroma of fruit cocktail. Lime, pineapple, pear and orange. Flavor follows nose. An amalgamation of canned fruit flavors. Thin-bodied with peculiar off-flavored nuances. Tastes like a Mai Tai, I suppose. Not their best effort.

Can at home. It does indeed smell and taste like a mai tai which is a drink of choice for me in tropical settings. Tastes of pineapple , lime, coconut, wheat, oranges. Thin and watery

The Aromas are mixed fruit with some wheat malt. Flavors are slightly more sweet than bitter with some tartness. Also some floral and mineral flavors. Not my favorite tasting beer but passable.
