Can from Pivný raj Quite nice brut, high voltage is obvious but works well. Dry sweetish feel. Good.

12 ounce can from Festival Northland, 12/27/20. Hazy dark amber, thin frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of hibiscus, grapefruit, pale malt, a bit of hay. Taste is hibiscus, grapefruit, pale malt, orange zest. Medium bodied. Solid.

Can. Light haze on this peachy tinted gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, gold fine crispness as you would expect from the style. Light malts provide just a modicum of sweetness. That light grapey bitterness in the mid alongside some mild minerallity. The Hibiscus is a nice touch, light floral fruitiness providing a nice contrast to the Brut dryness and bitterness. Add even more Hibiscus and you would get a good take on the 'Rose Wine' thing that was a minor far a couple of years back. Finishes a little smoother and with the Hibiscus getting juicier. Still leaves it's Brut mellow bitterness lingering on. Wait now! This is 8.2% - Jaysus! That hides the abv really well. Sneakily so.

Clear golden and lightly peach tinted body with a very small, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, hay, flowers, light citrus, a dash of resin and way more dry notes without much bitter hops at all. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong rich dry and grassy flavours dominate with a ton of herbal and very floral elements that do show through, but none of the more tart or fragrant hibiscus really comes through at all to me, which is sad, since I do love the flower. Aftertaste shows a bit of the alcohol with some of the effervescence and dryness that they were trying to get at with this beer, but not much of the floral and hibiscus elements here, either. Overall, a decent beer that shows okay, but is split between what style it's trying to go after - a brut, an imperial ipa, a herbed/spiced ipa, and none of them really fit the bill, in a perhaps unflattering way, with this being more like an East Coast IPA than anything else, I fear. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Total Wine in Springfield, Virginia on 20-October-2019 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington after Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard dropped out of the Presedential Race - from her home district on Hawai`i [island], Hawai`i, USA, I sampled this one to across this entire fine country where she represents here in Washington, on 19-March-2020.

Can 355ml (canned 10/2019, Alko web)
Clear orange colour, vanishing head. Bready nose with some fruits and tea. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, tropical fruits, light herbal notes, lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Not dominantly Brut IPA, feels a bit aged.

Hibiscus and some citrus, grapefruit. Pours hazy orange with decent head. Better than I thought it would be. Manages the dry brut feel at the same time as hibiscus. Can.
