Our Lager takes its inspiration from the German style of lager, Helles. Ours, like the first Helles beer that was brewed back in 1894, has a sweet, malty flavour balanced with a light aromatic hoppiness that makes it very refreshing. We use Naked Golden Oats to make our Lager. Naked Golden Oats are grown without husks so that even more sweetness and flavour can be extracted from the grains during brewing.

330mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw, corn, and light cereal malt sweetness. Flavour is fresh and crisp, with notes of corn, straw, cereal sweetness, and biscuity malt. Clean and drinkable, but nothing special.

Bottle in Yuvalim. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of bready malts, grains, honey note, some noble hops. Sweetish flavor of grainy and bready malt, light honey hint, and a nice bitterish noble hops finish. Light to medium-bodied. A decent lager.

33 cl bottle bought at Alcampo La Vaguada, Madrid, Spain. Served in red wine glass. Pours crystal clear pale golden with conspicuous carbonation. Off-white head diminishes all too quickly. Aroma is porridge, oatmeal, grass and coriander. Taste is crisp, fizzy, fresh and quite bitter in the long-lasting finish. Quite a good one, indeed.
