A perfect collaboration between Purity, the Warwickshire brewer, and Westons, the Herefordshire cider maker - this is a beautifully balanced and smooth drinking cider, with smooth citrus flavours. Ever so slightly naturally hazy and slightly carbonated.

Can thanks to Fergus. It pours lightly hazy very pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, musty, dirty, juicy apple, apple juice, lemon sherbet, candy and sticky pear. The taste is sweet, juicy, sticky, apple, lemon sherbet, pear, candy, lemon and white sugar with a dry finish. Light - medium body and average carbonation. Not so sure on the aroma, taste is ok.

Can at Level 42. Thanks to Fergus. Pours slightly hazed greeny gold with a thin head that vanishes pronto. Aroma is plastic with a mix of apple and dank hop. Taste is a bit muddled with definitely sweet apple on the finish with a plastic hit up front. Not a favourite.

Bottle shared at the level 42. Canary wharf tasting 20/10/2016. A hazed champagne petrol coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is big petrol, plastic, hockey puck, faint semi sweet ape notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, grassy hop, plastic, hop pellets. . Palate is semi sweet, pithy, moderate carbonation. Very weird beverage.

Can split at Level 42, thanks to Fergoose, 20/10/16. Pale washed out yellow with a moderate white swirl. Nose is pissy citrics, apple pulp, light hop flicker, skunky mary jane aroma. Taste comprises sweet and sour notes, apple tang, straw, light floral, sharp citrics. Medium bodied, fine carboantion, crisp close. Really not sure what to make of this ... not great but not overly bad ... mixed up !!!
