Wenig würziger, hell getreidig-hefiger Beginn. Dunkler werdend, die Aromen bleiben mild. Im Mittelteil vergoren bananig, weiter hefig, geringe Herbe. Okay. 9/8/8/8/9/8

Flascherl (vom Liebick): Golden, hazy, small white foamy layer, moderate sweet grainy-wheaty nose with some distinctive (citrus-) fruity spots; moderate sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering sweet fruity and malty finish. Quelle surprise! Quite similar - not to a Märzen, no - to a Belgian ale of the Leffe or Grimbergen Blonde kind...

On tap at the brewpub. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet banana, yeast, dough, some grains. Taste of strong banana, yeast, wheat, some grains and phenols.

bottle. Hazy golden offwhite head. Weizen banana tartness in the aroma. medium light dry body, light sparkliness. Dry grainy, lightly tart, spicy, a bit fruit, vanilla, bubblegum. Would just have called this a Wiezen in a blindtasting.
