This isotonic thirst-quencher is brewed using the traditional Paulaner Weissbier technique and the alcohol is carefully removed after a thorough maturing process. Bottle at home, sweet, malt, some wheat and grain. Taste is the same, quite sweet, some wheatness, malt, banana, some fruit. hmm one of the lesser 0.0 weizens.

0,5 l bottle. Pours hazy amber with a finger of lasting off white head. Aroma of non fermented wort, wheat and cereal. Taste is medium sweet and very light bitter. Finish is short, watery, more wort and some caramel. More or less like non fermented malt, but at least it's not offensive like most non alcoholic beer like beverages.

Bottle picked up from Rewe Getränkemarkt, Zolling and consumed at home Tuesday 13th April 2021 listening to Austrian Radio Station FM4 (we listen to this quite a lot but usually during the day). We have Asparagus and Anchovy Pasta with Fennel Seed Pangrattato. Pours gold/orange with a large foamy white head, looks wise it's great. Had this after an Erdinger N/A Weisse and this wins out. It's a little sweeter, there is a faint nod towards banana and clove, it's an ok effort.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Wort, malt, a bit of fruitiness, sweet, a bit sugary, bitterish note, watery.

Bottle. Hazy orange body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of plastic and cantaloupe. Flavour of orange peel and playdoh. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. It looks great but there’s an odd plastic note to it.

0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before January 2021. Hazy, amber with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, bready aroma of grains and some wort. Gently sweet, minimally bitter, slightly bready taste of grains and some wort, followed by a short, minimally bitter, slightly worty finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid NA Weizen, not great but easily drinkable.

ABV: 0.0%. Murky matt medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cereal, wheat, mesk - mash. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, mesk - mash, cereal, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200717]
