Keg at the White Lion Inn, Patterdale, Cumbria. Clear amber with a good white head and a light fizz. Fresh, leafy, flowery hops with pink grapefruit and a touch of biscuit. Reasonable body. Refreshing. Much better than I have come to expect from Caley.

Schön fruchtig in der Nase, angenehm bitter. Für ein Bier der Heineken Gruppe eigentlich ganz lecker.

Keg. Taste is very very malty, with biscuit and grain, light lime, sight tropical note. Tastes like a larger not an APA. Very dry finish. Very poor.

9th Sep 2017, 355ml bottle: BB 30th Sep 2017. Drank in my back garden as the sun fell away. Nice looking beer, copper bronze in colour, off-white head that hung around. Nose was all about the hops, piney and citrusy, taste had more maltiness than the aroma and calmed the hops down a little, still hop first though. Liked it.

Bottle from ASDA, Manchester. Copper-amber with a small carbonation and a small head. Has a healthy tasting gritty hop-malt balance with a fine tasting pale ale texture.
