ein helles, naturtrübes Zwickelbier, das vor dem Abfüllen mit Jungbier verfeinert wird. Der Braumeister spricht hier in der Fachsprache vom „Aufkräusen“. Das Ergebnis ist ein süffiges und erfrischendes Bier. Ganz nach gewohnter Weiherer Art.

On tap at Weiherer served in ceramic krug. Malty beer. Good in. Mouth. Good carbonation. Some noble hops on the end. Hoppy aroma. I mean its so utterly drinkable after a long cycle ride. Lovely.

Clear gold with a tall white head. Pale malts, a touch of caramel, toasted malts, mineral, lightly peppery. Medium bodied. Finish is toasted grain. Refreshing.

Slightly cloudy golden colour, steady white head and lace. Grainy, cereal aroma. Light-bodied. Malty, hoppy bitter, a bit leafy hoppy flavour. Good one.

(Draft at 't Kelkje, Amsterdam, 16 Aug 2025) Golden colour with frothy off-white head. Malty nose with bread, cereal and grass. Malty taste with notes of bread, cereal, grass, hay, a gentle fruity touch and a mild grassy/herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Crisp, clean and harmonious. Very nice.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. A nice unfiltered Lager from Weiherer to wash down Christmas dinner. Good grainy aroma with notes of hay.

50cl Fles van Bierothek.nl. Iets mistiggouden kleur, witte kraag. Zacht, medium zoet, licht moutig, honing, licht grassig, degelijke maar niet heel uitgesproken bitterheid. Lichte body. Prima.
