A 500ml bottle. Amber colour with a off white head. Aromas of grapefruit, spice & pepper. Nice level of medium hops with hints of rye, leading to bread in the finish. Decent & better than expected.

Bottle. I commend the effort but it was just ok. The mildly hoppy beer is a good summertime type beer.

Pours orange from the bottle. A frothy off white crown soon fades. Aroma is pineapple, grapefruit, garden weed. Taste is mildly bitter, grainy, with some acridity at the finish. Body is medium. Okay.

500ml bottle at home. Pours an opaque brownish red, thin off white head that’s gone quickly. Aroma of digestives, some hop cones, rye bread. Taste is same but with an unpleasant stickiness that stays on the tongue. Oily finish, unpleasant aftertaste.

Bottle from Tesco Metro, Manchester. Golden with a small head. Mildly hoppy due to the rye subduing this, however it's certainly not an overbearing ingredient, but at the same time nothing to get excited about.
