Clear golden beer, white head. Hoppy, grapefruit aroma. Flavour is broadly the same, with some zesty citrus and a little pineapple maybe. Not desperately exciting but not bad

330ml can. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is massive grapefruit, mineral, light fake sugar. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light tart grapefruit, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A really decent beer at this price point. --- Beer merged from original tick of Rubus on 14 Apr 2019 at 18:28 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7. Can from Aldi, Manchester. Golden with a carbonation and a head. The grapefruit is prevalent in its nose, and fairly stated in its taste, but never with a high citrus value so there's not much bitterness as expected. Slightly sweet, there's a mild hoppy fusion to the aforementioned.

Can from Aldi. Amber in colour, with a frothy, white, head. Floral hops, a sharp grapefruit edge, followed by some tangerine sweetness, chewy malts and a dry finish. Fine.

330ml can from a local Aldi store. Drank at home on 6th April 2019. White head on a clear golden amber body. Aroma and flavour dominated by Grapefruit, who'd have thought that? Yes, it's one dimensional, but it's OK.

[33cl can from Aldi, Bracknell.] A pale amber pour with a loose white head; somewhat musty, sweet grapefruit aroma; rather thin, malty body with some pink grapefruit; then a sweet grapefruit finish. Overall there's something not quite right about this, with a suggestion of artificial flavourings.

Can from Aldi Ashford and drunk at home. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Pink grapefruit aroma and flavour. Yes lots of pink grapefruit. Yes it was fine. A bit too fruity artificial but fun enough.
