Lemmy wrote “(We are) the Road Crew” as a tribute to his crew about his time as a roadie for Jimi Hendrix. He took 10 minutes to write this anthem whilst in a North London studio toilet and in his own immortal words “It was the only quiet place in the building. I had an idea and I needed somewhere to work it through. That is the only song I can remember writing in the toilet."

‘I just love the life I lead,
Another beer is what I need,
Another gig, my ears bleed,
We are the road crew.’

Röad Crew is an American session pale ale packed full of hoppy citrus and blackcurrant flavours delivering a crisp, refreshing, superior taste to celebrate the spirit of the song and those who inspired it.

More sour than Lemmy's road leathers. Lime and tangerine. Tastes like an ok sour IPA. Only trouble is it wasn't meant to be a sour IPA. Definitely infected. Golden pour with fluffy soap bubble head. Tangy finish. Can.

0,33 bottle Az együtteshez illő címke, nekem tetszik a fekete-arany kifejezetten szép. A sör kristálytiszta, cékony, ujjnyi sárgás habbal.

Keg at Cobblestones, Bridgwater, August 2018. Pours golden amber with a white head. Clear. Aroma: caramel malts, citrus. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, fruity, lemon, light hoppy, little metallic note. Medium body with soft carbonation. Not too bad.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear copper pour, thin soapy white head, short lasting. Minimal lacing on the glass. Herbal and grassy nose with a touch of elderflower and citruses in the background. Light body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft and silky, goes down quite nicely. Herbal bitter taste with subtle sweetness in the background. Aroma of stale grass, herbs, elderflower and citruses. Touch of honey, yeast, minerals. Short lasting finish, dry, bitter, lingering spiciness. More like a golden ale, somewhat empty. Mediocre.
