Brewed from an assortment of American Cascade, Citra and Centennial hops, the distinctive, fruity aroma of Full Amber is highlighted by a hint of grapefruit. This is balanced by Magnum and Perle German hops that produce a marked bitterness and contribute to a graceful, white solid foam head that puts the crowning touch on every glass that’s poured.

Can from Beerwulf. Aroma is brown malt with caramel, hop, toffee, modestly fruity with a touch of orange peel. Flavour is moderate sweet with a pretty bitter finish. Medium body. Robust malts with a firm hoppy bitterness.

330ml can. Dark clear reddish amber, with small off white head. Malty aroma with citrus, raisons and nuts. Taste is caramel malts, sweet but not overly so with some citrus and raison fruitiness, touch of spice, mild bitterness. A very good example of this style. Enjoyable.

33cl can – Pours a clear reddish amber colour with a smallish creamy beige head. Aroma is malty, caramel and grassy hops. A malty sweetish taste, toasted and caramel malts flavours, a little fruit with a herbal hop bitterness. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Can from local ASDA I really can’t get much nose at all from this – just a vague maltiness. Pours a rich amber brown with a strong but transient off-white head. In the mouth, hopa dominate, lovely bitter ones (no hint of citrus thank god !). But there is also malts and nuts if you search for them. Nice dry bitter finish as well. This is good stuff !

Malty aroma with a threat of fruit and nuts as well. Russet brown with an off-white creamy head, sweet malt and bitter hops are well balanced in the taste and it slips down very nicely
