Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Green apple aroma with apple skin and a slight hint of funk. Flavour is a bit tart with a little sweetness as well. Light to medium body. Pleasant.

Hand-pulled half-pint from a box in the cellar of The Crown Inn, Oakengates on 22nd May 2021. It's got an apple smell and taste!

500ml bottle from cidery. Look - clear gold, small brief white head, moderate moving carbonation. Ok. Nose - light apples, apple peel, farm orchard/barnyard. Nice but too subtle. Taste - semi-sweet, zesty apple, mild sourness, touch of caramel and barnyard, slight nod to the booze, moderate dry finish. Very good to be fair. Palate - medium body, slight oiliness, zingy carbonation but brief enough not to be excessive Overall - a very nice tasty cider despite the dull look and aroma.

Gyldengul. Høyt luftig skum som detter sammen raskt med mye lyd. Bra eplearoma. Smaken lett syrlige epler. Ettersmak av eplekjærner. Vel søt.

21/1/2020. Bottle from KEG Craft Beer Tasting Room. Pours clear bright gold with a green tint and a short lasting white head. Aroma of very light apples, touch of caramel, hint of barnyard but not really much to it at all. Tasted better, moderate sweetness and tartness nicely balanced. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Bittersweet finish.

Cask at The Antelope. Deep orange brown. Very dark for a cider. Thic head. Nose is acetone, apple skin. Slightly acetic flavor, tart, rich, fruity, not so sweet or tannic, some acetone. Enjoyable.
