Bottled. Golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is zest, mild tart apples as well as some slight herbal tones. Flavour is zesty, some grassy, green apple skins as well as mild wooden elements. Nicely bodied.

Draft. Sour apple, soft pear, light funk, pineapple. Very fruity, funky sour and medium sweet and dry. Nice.

On tap at the Salutation Inn. Cloudy golden, no head. Apples, some funk, medium sweetness, moderate acidity. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied.

Bladder bag at the Owl and Pussycat, Northfields, 28/06/19. Almost clear golden with no head. Nose is tangy apple, straw, light smoke, dusty wood. Taste comprises funky apple, orchard wood, light tannins, smoked straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid.

Draft at the Kings Arms - Bethnal Green. Pours clear yellow-gold. Fairly sweet, some nice funky sweat, ripe apples, rich salty kick. Medium bodied, soft. Light warmth in the finish, more salt bite, ripe and somewhat saucy apples. Nice intensity and naturalness. Thoroughly enjoyed.

[9/5/2018] Draught at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green in London. Hazy golden. Apple, sulphur, dry, slightly sourish, some bitterness, bone-dry finish. Decent.
