On tap at Mother Kellys Bethnal Green. Hazy gold orange colour no head. Some acetone on the aroma. Some funky juice in the mouth. Good dry tannins. Good funky acetone cider. Just as it should be. Puckers the gums. Gooood.

Polypin at Croydon Crafty Fest. It pours cloudy rich gold with no head. The aroma is tangy, juicy, funky, barnyard, oak, over ripe apple and green grape. The taste is dirty barnyard upfront, tangy, fruity, dry, tannin, apple skin, wood and some acidity with a drying and tannin finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Aroma is pretty great, taste is maybe a touch tannin. Solid cider anyhow.

Draught at Station House, Durham. Golden colour, no head and aroma of mellow apple & barnyard. Taste is tart apple, apple skin, woody, leather, oaky, barnyard, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with steady carbonation. Nose - sweet but tangy apples. Quite fresh. Taste - more apples and this time a hint of sour though more fresh sweet apples generally. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture. The finish is dry and tangy. Overall - goes well with roast pork.

500ml bottle. Clear yellow-orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tart apple, barnyard, woody oak. Taste is apples, apple skin, oak, vanilla, barnyard, bittersweet with some tannin. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sourish tannic finish. Very drinkable.
