Keg at the ubrew tap room. A clear golden yellow with a fine white head. Aroma is clean cereal grains, honey, little peach. Flavour is composed of assertive bitter lemon, clean malts, pollen, floral lemon, nice tropical fruit. Bitter back of the throat bitterness. Palate is medium light, Refreshing, highish carbonation.

Gravity cask at the 2016 Cambridge Beer Festival. Light yellow, almost straw. Loose white head on top. Tropical fruit, resin and a hint of oak in the smell. Gentle soapy note, which is a bit odd but certainly not off-putting. Tastes sharply bitter, lingering on the middle and back of the tongue long after the sip. Almost too bitter, but it stays well-balanced. A real treat in this hot weather and certainly punchy for the ABV.

Cask at The Lyric, Soho. It pours hazy golden - orange with a decent white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, fruity, apricot, tangerine, papaya and marmalade. The taste is really rather bitter upfront and lingers, plenty of pithy citrus fruits, papaya, guava, peppery spice, straw and grass with a dry, bitter finish. Light body and soft carbonation. Packs a punch for the abv. Reminiscent of something Steel City or Hopcraft would do.

Greta low abv golden ale. Papaya, mango, clementines, soft malts. Juicy session stuff. Great work.
