This is Hepcat. A Session IPA. Our mainstay and our original. It’s everything the style should be – fruity nose, juicy body, bright taste. Can we humbly call it a classic?
Goes well with dancefloors and smooth moves.

Can, 4.6%. Good grapefruit aroma, caramelly touch. Hazy golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is very caramelly. Nicely fruity with low bitterness. Very good for the ABV. Good mouthfeel. Prickly carbonation.

Bière bue à Londres chez Honest Burgers. Robe dorée trouble. Nez légèrement parfumé. Bouche plutôt parfumée, petite amertume, une session pas trop faiblarde, honnête !

Can on 20th March 2022 from M&S. Pours hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Tropical fruits aroma. Liquid pass of citrus peel and tropical fruits, and a fruity finish. Full bodied with a smooth yet engaging mouthfeel.

Tight foamed rocky head left a froth on a hazy amber coloured body. Punchy pithy aroma. Medium bodied, foamy on the tongue with a clean back. Bitter/Sweet citrus, stone fruit, orange & pithy tastes. Decent.

Cloudy pale gold with a small, bubbly white head and a bitter orange aroma. Mouthfeel has a sherbet-like character to it, there’s some juicy fruit in the flavour before a long, bitter finish
