Ok im starting to think everything mikkeller brew is a beer stule mixed with a really hoppu ipa. Tgis beer is all hops! Grassy, citrus, pine, and not much else. Its like a cloudy infiltered ipa. Really.....where is the weisse? Disapointing.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy orange brown beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of strong caramelish malt, bread, yeast, old fruits. Taste of strong dark malt, toffee, caramel, bread, burned sugar, dough.

The beer starts malty with a nice caramelly back. Smooth, mild. Round and refreshing with smooth yeasty with clove harmonising well. Nice.

Bottle - Toffee and lots of nice sweetness. Much like a barley wine with a clear copper. Sweet, thin and caramel. Light, cardboard oxidized and a mellow toffee sweetness. Very light on the palate.

Bottle at Cardinal. Unclear, dark golden. Fine hop aroma. Somewhat spicy taste. Easily drinkable.

Backlog! On tap @ BBF1 (30 Oct. 2009). Brown, murky color. Aroma’s: citrus, refreshing, some roast & resin retronasal. Flavor is lightly medium bitter with some acidity from the hops. Medium bodied. finishes very bitter. Very nice, but hardly a bock.
