Light and tropical golden ale, for a twist on our classic we have dry hopped this batch of Hophead with lashing of American Mosaic® hops. This brings Passionfruit and berry aromas which balance beautifully with the Elderflower hit from the Cascade hops.

Cask gravity at Cellars Alehouse Maidstone. Pure clear gold colour lasting white head. Herbal hophead aroma. Cracking condition as first pint out of the barrel. Grassy hoppy flavour very drinkable. Not as good as regular Hophead but the flavour and condition are excellent. .

Cask at Craft CG. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, grapefruit, sweet orange, tangerine and five alive fruit juice. The taste is smooth, rather mellow, restrained bitterness, straw, juicy, yellow plum, grapefruit, mild sweetness, biscuit and white bread with a soft finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Maybe not quite as as amazing as I had hoped for but, it drinks crazy easy.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 14th January 2017. Hazy gold with thin disappearing off-white film and scant lacing. Richly fruity aroma with sweet tangerine and grapefruit. Exquisite citrus blend in-mouth with fine grapefruit and zesty citrus peel. Bitter, grassy finish. Light body and a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask at CBC Gilesborn, 12/01/17. Clear golden with a well appointed head of white bubbles. Nose is melon, lemon zest, crisp clean citric notes, straw, passionfruit. Taste comprises light biscuit crumble, bitter orange, lemon twinges, melon, straw, light bread dough, toasted grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop dusting. Decent easy drinking cask pale, sessionable and well executed, would maybe like a little more hop presence.
