Bottle imported to Korea: Poured a dark brown with red hints, head was bubbly/froathy light brown. Aroma is sweet malt, bubblegum, and grass. Taste is sweet roasted malt, not to much to this, but a drinking beer it makes.

12 oz bottle into lager glass. Aroma is reminiscent of an English porter (Samuel Smith’s). Roasted malt, chocolate, bread come through. Pours a deep reddish brown with a medium head that dissipates too quickly and leaves hardly any lace. Taste is sweet and salty with no bitterness. Carbonation is medium-high. Very tasty.

Dark brown Cola-color, small beige head. Cardboardish caramelly nose. Caramel, cardboard, sour note ... more paper in the aftertaste ... with Cola-like sugar and aspartam.

Overall Impression: Another alright beer, you can find this one pretty easily if you try, but it’s not really so worth the effort...

Overall score really does not do this beer justice. I thought I was stumbling on another poorly brewed beer, and instead I was pleasantly surprised by this offering from the Philippines. Pours a light amber, with a thick brownish/tan head. Aroma is lightly roasted and chocolaty. Taste, light bitter chocolate malts, with some very sweet dark fruits notes (cherry, plum). Overall feels is sweet (sugary) with a well balanced light bitter finish with light body. Highly drinkable and enjoyable.

Bottle. Pour is a dark brown with about two fingers of tan head. Liquid is thin. Aromas are of roasted grain and a little bit of grain dust. Stll, flavor comes through as a strong and interesting mix of dark malt with heavy nut and wood flavors.
