Sein sattes tiefschwarz bis mokkafarbenes Aussehen mit leuchtend roten Reflexen wird durch einen cremigen Schaum gekrönt. Der röstmalz-aromatische Duft erinnert an dunkles Brot und frischen Kaffee. Am Gaumen fließt der samtig weiche Malzgeschmack, ummantelt von einer harmonischen Süße, elegant und sehr sauber dahin. 0,25 L can. Pours a pale, not quite clear, yellow color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is lemon zest, crackers, and straw. Sweet and a bit acidic, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with a weak and watery mouthfeel. This is a flavorless and bland hefeweizen.

Smell - weak, cant feel anything, so putting 5. Foam - quite thin, soft, but not watery little weak weak bitterness in tongue end. Yellowish white. Appearance - hazy yellow, light no visible bubbles. Taste - some citrus, some weak weak bitterness, bit more watery citrus in background. Similar to other same style beers, but at least is drinkable, nothing special though, can get same or better locally for better price.

CAN 50 CL. Cloudy golden, creamy ivory head. Nice tart and fruity aroma, just a slight hint of phenols. Not very strong, but authentic enough. The taste is a bit of a let down, vaguely fruity and tart, a little bready. Sort of true to style and no off-flavours, but just too thin and bland. Overall, a decent cheapo weizen.

Aroma: Light wheat, light citrus. Bananas.
Taste: Wheat, slight citrus, a bit watery. Slight spices.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is wheat malt, bubblegum and some bland filler malt. Flavor is a bit of wheat malt and a little spice but this is missing the banana and clove you usually get with the style. I’m sure this is better in Germany but after this made the trip over here it is kind of bland and lifeless.
