Bottle at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear medium amber colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, resin, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter, with a crisp, malt, resin, light fruity, hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Clear amber with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: grapefruit, honey/nectar malts, pine, ale yeast. Medium body. Taste: solid honey malts, rather sweet, piny hop. Medium bitterness. Additional esters. Very decent but quite old.

On tap at Lula's on the waterfront in Auckland. Golden amber with a creamy head; citrus aroma, with a sweet malty body and a herbal bitterness. WEnt down nicely with fish and chips.

Bottle shared in our van. Clear dark golden with off white head. Light caramel, grapefruit, lychee, lime, sof dank hops with a touch of sweat. Just medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Nothing I’d pick out of a lineup, but very enjoyable.
