Award winning new recipe. A light golden colour with a high proportion of wheat and corn giving it a clean fresh taste on top of which there is masses of hop, fruit and citrus flavours with elderflower on the nose.

Cask at the Guildford Arms, Edinburgh. Dark golden color. Rounded, mellow, fruity malt aroma. Mellow and fruity full-malt flavor; a bit sweet. Very good balance, though, and a nice hop finish. Great stuff.

(Cask at Akkurat) Poured pale golden and lightly hazy with medium sized and white head. Aroma contained citric hops and something I didn’t recognise but which must have been elderflower. Palate was medum bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, something unknown that must have been elderflower, bitterness, sweetness, malts and hops. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter.

Cask @ Akkurat, Stockholm:
Pours pale, somewhat hazy orange with a small, bubbly head. Hop and gooseberry aroma. Flavour is hops, gooseberries and loads of zesty grapefruit. Long , crisp bitterness.

On tap in Lochailort - pours a medium orange colour. Flavour is sweet, and a little spicy, hoppy and dry, and very smooth. Enjoyable.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin cream colored head. The aroma is spicy combined with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of elderflowers, leading to a lightly bitter finish. The body is light.

Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is fruity and dry, and the flavour is dry, mildly yeasty and hopped. Overall an average but nicely hopped beer.

Bottle, Ale Cellar, Darlington. Pale golden colour, virtually no head. Sweet, grassy, floral aroma. Flavour had more of the same with a dose of fruit and a dryish finish. mmkay
