A classic, American style pale ale.
Our Pride & Joy is pale, crisp, very hoppy and aromatic. Robust hop flavours are layered over a balanced malty backbone. Initially soft to the palate, Pride & Joy builds to a generous, but clean bitterness. Flavours and aromas of mango, citrus, earthy pine, tropical fruit & blueberry.

--Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. -- Almost clear pale bronze colour. Aroma of fresh citrus. Dry with light body and crisp, well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity, bready malt. Perfumy citrus. Mid bitter finish. Combines new world hops and old world traditions nicely.

Can, 0.33l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of mango, passion fruit and citrus. Pours cloudy golden color with medium sized soapy white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and grainy, following is herbal, bready and medicinal, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Joypride…

Can from Goblet, expired 8 days ago so needs to be rerated. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Sweet white grapes and maltiness in the aroma. Lean empty taste, again, oxidized, honeyish maltiness, light grapes and that's it. No bitterness really. Drinkable though. But needs to be rerated, slightly upped for slgihtly more fariness.

0.33 l can on discount at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Hazy golden, medium creamy head. Fruity, stone fruit, peach, candy. A lemony touch. Simple but nice. Light body, soft carbonation, bland, juicy, sweet, low bitterness, fruity flavour, bready background. Medium body, moderately drinkable. Not fresh. Light finish.
