The perfect mix of malt body and sweetness meets intense hop bitterness and aroma of grapefruit and tropical plants. Our strongest beer is still easy to drink and has the aroma of Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra hops. This is the beer aimed at our hop heads and craft beer aficionados.

A bit on the malty side but nice usage of hops. Tastes like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale after a long journey.

9th Oct 2018. Cask pint in Williamson's Tavern, London. Deep amber body, almost mahogany in colour, beige head. Malty brew with a decent hop underbelly, is it the same beer as everyone else has had? Earthy and dark fruits in both the aroma and taste.

Cask pour at the Crown in Oxford. Pale golden with small foamy head. Nice crisp hoppy character on top of a solid malt base. Not hoppy by American standards, but for the Brits its spot on.

Cask at the brewpub. 5.2%. Clear mid amber coloured pour with a lasting loose sticky off white head. Aroma is caramel biscuity grains, nice resinous piney hop, little strawberry fruit on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of light caramel, grains, light sticky resinous hop, some hop candy. Ferment is nice a clean. Palate is semi sweet, little sticky on the tongue and a medium dry finish. Hop buttresses is mellow but firm and plays well against the little sweetness from the malt. Well made flavoursome beer.
