Could this be even better than previous years when this IPA was winning national awards? The nose is very fresh citrus and tropical hops with sweet malt. A dense, thick off-white head sits on a soft amber body. The taste leads with a collage of fresh hops - juicy citrus flavours like grapefruit, lemon and orange mixed with mango and a touch of resinous pine in the back of the mouth. There are ample bready malts to support the hops and a hint of pepper to set it all off. There is a long, bitter finish that is nevertheless refreshing and clean. The body is substantial without being too rich for the style.

On a flight at the brewery on 12th August 2025. Clean old gold body, white crown. Piney, hoppy and earthy, grapefruit bitterness coming through too. Interesting and enjoyable.

Bomber from the lcbo. Pours a nice gold color, with a big white head. Huge pine resin aroma, must be heavy on centennial. Big Green hop cone aroma, with some solid citrus and tropical fruit. Good mouth feel, carb is spot on. The finish is medium butte with a good citrus zest finish. Excellent stuff.

Can, 0.473l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of herbs, pine, citrus and cereals. Pours clear golden color with medium sized soapy off-white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing grainy and herbal, following is resinous and medicinal, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Nice fatty…

This IPA poured a clear, golden colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include grass, citrus, corn and malt. First swig was quite hoppy. Flavours of grassy hops with also a nice citrus touch at the end. Finish is bitter with grassy hops lingering.
